Hi guys, I've recently obtained some Acacia bark but I am having immense trouble trying to covert it into a powder. I've tried a pestle and mortar (do not recommend) and also cutting it up and putting it in a small coffee grinder which was also painfully slow. Part of the reason I'm having difficulties is because I haven't actually dried it thoroughly so I was wondering, what are some easy ways to dry the bark (besides from leaving it out in the sun) and turn it into a powder? I remember seeing someone write that the local health food store may have a grinding mill or something rather that could do the job- can anyone confirm this? first, can you explain how you got 2kg of acacia bark..? if it was from the trunk of one (or a couple) of trees you've longterm killed them..also, depending on species, this would be a larger than trafficable amount of 'alkaloid'..
only ethical harvesting can be discussed here..

I gathered the bark from at least ten different trees. The species is the Acacia longifolia. I collected 2kg of the bark according to this extraction guide (I have no experience with this kind of stuff)- https://www.dmt-nexus.me....aspx?g=posts&t=2119 The Universe is Breathing

No trying to be mean here but had you done a bit of homework you would have found you could have got away with using around a pound or less to achieve a decent size extraction or two... I have no idea what tech in your link says to use 2 whole kilos nor do I have the patience to look through and find out. Are you even positive of the species you have is 100% correct in what you say it is? I've seen a thread or two here where people get excited about finding an alk containing species only to find out they are lookalikes and were wrong in their original identification. The leaf structure is exactly the same along with the flowers and the way they are clustered on the stem. I'm sure it's the right plant and thanks for telling me it was too much, I will find a tek next time that needs substantially less because I assume it will be less fuss to extract.
