I'm having trouble figuring this one out, and a few Google searches didn't yield much.

Assuming you have a solution of 21.6g Sodium Carbonate/100ml water, (maximum solubility @room temp,) what is the pH of the solution?

EDIT: I found a site that said it's pH was 11.6, does that sound correct?
