If you followed the correct ratios given from the tek you used it should be fine. I have noticed a fine layer of small bubbles occasionally as well. Just a reaction to the materials being broken down. If you mean a sizeable layer of big bubbles than I am not sure. But you should be fine to proceed. Just don't shake, swirl
