I was looking at mescaline extraction tek and they're mixing dry lye and san pedro powder and then ad slowly water.
Do you think do this with mimo will help the basification of spice ?
Another question, for a A/B extraction, is sulfuric acid good to use, and if it is , what is the ratio water/sulfuric acid for a PH 4 solution ?
Hope you can help.

Adding water to lye is potentially dangerous because as lye dissolves in water, as you pour it, this generates heat, and maybe it can boil and spill or break the container. So you always should add lye to water, slowly, and mix as you do it.
When working with lye, you dont have to worry about "improving basification", lye is a very strong base anyways.
Also, which tek does this? At least here in the nexus, the only dry teks are with calcium hydroxide (or sodium carbonate), NOT with lye.

Notice some people have had issues with saponification of oils in that tek, hence why there is a warning in the beginning. Adding water to lye is a sure way to generate more heat and therefore increase the chances of your oil turning to soap. If you must do that tek, first predissolve your lye in water, let it cool down, then mix with your plant material and be sure to do the pulls quickly.
Personally though I would either work with limonene instead of some vegetable oil, or I would try working with calcium hydroxide (not sure how much it can also saponify) or with sodium carbonate (and do it a bit differently, more like a dry tek and keeping it on the stove on low and mixing while doing the pulls, otherwise yield might be small)
