Help fixing a messed up STC extract + 1 more question. Options

I'm using the Straight to Changa extract but i messed up a step...
i added water and mimosa first, then the lye, then the heated naphtha.
The liquid wont separate now... What do i need to do ? Is it still Ok?
Should i add more water and lye? (right)?

ading water to mimosa first then lye is not a problem.

OK Thanks wasn't sure what to do first or if it was botched, i'll be adding more lye and water then hot bathing it later tonight.
