So, I'm just wondering, how do you know for certain that there is no more DMT to form from the freeze-formed mix? Is it just when you blow on it and theres no more cloudyness?

That's one way to check it. but even if it gets slightly cloudy it doesn't mean there's much to recover. If one wants 100% recovered, evaporating the naphtha is the way to go.

I agree with Tele in that if you want to get everything out that you can then evaporating the naptha is the way to go. However, if you still have some more pulls to do, or more bark to process then i would just re-use the naptha until you're all done extracting and then let it evaporate. That way you will probably get more yield on those pulls and it saves you from buying more naptha. Hope it help. Peace.
