why are multiple naphtha pulls necessary? Options

it seems that all teks have multiple solvent pulls as part of the process, why not just put in three or four pulls worth of naphtha, and then decant that?

the less saturated naphtha the more "pull" it got. So clean naphtha got the most potential to suck out very small amounts of DMT. It should also be pretty warm. I'm not a chemist but that is my understanding of it.

edit: i guess it gets more polar when saturated.

i don't know but have you heard of the mhrb cake method? it's boss and only takes one "pull" to get all the xtals. check it out.
