How does a sonicator work?

Is it fairly simple after acquiring the machine?

It's the second thread you make about the same subject with a day in between.. No offense but, did you do at least a basic search for it? Below the Nexus banner you find the search button, in "headers" put "phalaris" or similar keywords.. Or google . If everybody did the same the thread would be filled with threads that have been asked a thousand times and it would be impossible to find good information (not to mention motivation to keep posting and helping would go down significantly)
