Guys, I've been lurking around here for about a year now and haven't done anything to extend the hive-mind yet. I've done upwards of 10 extractions for myself and friends. After today, I feel that I should share this find.

Smoking method is obviously the cornerstone of any good DMT experience. Vaporizing a single dose in one lungful can seem daunting, but this method makes it a cinch.

Hotrailing DMT is a surefire way to vape a whole dose in one lungful. For those not familiar, this involves a glass tooter and a torch lighter. You want to line out the spice on a pyrex plate or small glass mirror. (something hard and glass)


1. Simply heat the end of the tooter until it starts to glow orange.
2. Touch the tooter to the glass and slide it across the spice as you snort. The tooter MUST be touching the glass.

Hold in your dose until you go to hyperspace. What this method does, is vaporizes the spice as it passes through the tube allowing you to inhale crystals (into the tooter) and blow out smoke.

This method has worked wonders for me. Please try it and let me know how it works for you!


PLEASE USE THIS METHOD WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF A SITTER! IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE SOMEONE TAKE THE HOT TOOTER FROM YOU SAFELY. PLEASE DONT BE STUPID

Breaking through while holding a red hot glass rod in your nose sounds like an awesome idea.

Yeah, thats why you should take proper precautions, like having someone to take it from you. You have just a bit to safely hand the tooter off. The same is true with a pipe. I usually have someone to take it. Yes, if you are doing DMT alone in your room, this isn't the method for you. Didn't feel the need to state the obvious.

Does that mean you snort up the powder with the smoke? Won't that throw off the dosage? I don't know, I'm new.

That being said, it still sounds like a good idea. What if you could get a fine metal screen at the end of that glass tooter to prevent spice from being insuflated and to help with vaporization? My nose bleeds every time I insuflate anything.

I wouldnt recommend this as a beginner method. I just noticed that some might think this is a great method to try for a first timer. Just think this could screw you up if done wrong.
Smoke spice the easy way first and get to know it and what happens when you trip on it, then look to more complicated methods after.
Take care... Would hate to see a house fire because the torch was still on when the person went in to hyperspace.

It is not really comparable. Dropping a pipe is propably not as much a firehazard as dropping glowing metal. Especially if you use a Vaporgenie (the fire hazard is virtually non-existent). Thanks for sharing your method, but i would think it is a good idea to add a disclaimer to your original post, advising this method only to be used with a sober sitter.

Sounds like a sure fire way of scorching your nasal passage with molten freebase, no thanks, I'll stick with the GVG, or Changa and Bong.

Yes, definately not a beginner method. And by all means, if you have a GvG, use it.

No, dont use screens. You dont snort powder into your nose. When it passes across the hot glass, it instantly vaporizes. You breath in smoke not powder.

Yes, the fire hazard isn't comparable, but yes, I would agree that precautions SHOULD be taken.

yes but it just seems sooooooooooo painful i wouldn't want to even dare. plus, having never hot railed anything before i think it might not all vaporize. i have a friend that would be down. can't wait to see him try. maybe i could be his sitter.

I've watched people use crystal meth that way, I dont remember trying it but I remember the look of 'oh god that burns' on a few faces (that was all back in another life :evil: ). Dont exhale when you put your face near that glass plate! I've spent many hours picking up shards because of carreless exhalations, lol. If you do blow you pile into the carpet try rubbing a full balloon on your head and just suck up your crystals onto the staticly charged balloon.

You could get a pyrex test tube and a stopper with two holes. In one stopper hole a tube is inserted to inhale from, in the other hole a tube is inserted to aid the convection. You could measure a dose and vape it completely and inhale some dense vapor in one breath.

In one of the shulgin entries he vaporizes his 5-meo with a spoon set benieth a funnel. Simply set funnel over the spoon filled with your dose, torch, collect, and inhale. He reported an almost scarry breakthrough, with a large dose. I think it was 15 or 20 mg of 5meo. (I know... Who wants to free base off of a metal spoon? Ugh! But you could get creative with it.)

The cool thing about any of these methods is that when your done with your experements you are left with paraphernalia that may not be as recognizable, as say a commercial vaporizer, to average folk.
