Well i have just started my indoor garden/green house and am new to producing my own spice or aya. ect. but i have heard that if you sublingually take young fresh phalaris arundicacea with a combination of the rmia's in Syrian rue will make for a delightful experience. i'm just curious if anyone has any pointers in preparation any information would be appreciated.

This is my first post long time reader and follower of what this site stands for, and long time traveler into what i call "elsewhere". So thank you very much, i hope to give back with my new research i am starting will post soon about all my results with my wide range of plants. With my Phalaris i have just read should be used when young and immature so i was just hoping to try something new and just trimmed so it can grow better and have what i believe to be roughly 2 doses worth of 5-meo

There are potentially toxic alkaloids in phalaris arundinacea, depending on specific genetics, season and conditions of growth. They seem to be left behind when extracting with room temperature limonene or naphtha, but they most probably be there in a simple brew (like ayahuasca analogue), and using it sublingually too.

So my suggestion is, either get to learn how TLC works (check the substance testing subforum sticky) and start analyzing your own plants to make sure you are consuming one without toxic alkaloids, or extract them with the mentioned solvents and consume the extracted product, otherwise its too much of a risk IMO to use some unknown yielding plant.

well im pretty unfamiliar with TLC. i only know that its a tech of finding out what alkoloids are in a plant but thank you for your input i assumed that knowing the genius and species of a plant could be enough to evaluate if it had any toxic alkoloids in it and was looking for a what i had hoped would be a quick answer
