For those who use Lime - is there any difference between Mrs. Wages food-grade lime in the old canister (http://www.yardlover.com/mrs-wages-pickling-lime-1-lb) and the newer bagged version (http://www.canningpantry.com/pickling-lime.html)? I would have to assume they are the same but just wanted to check and make sure. The canister is available at a local grocery store. Gracias!

Did you google the MSDS? I would assume they are the same product, but googling "Mrs. Wages food-grade lime MSDS" should clear things up.

I was only able to find one MSDS for it and it was written in 2009, but since I don't know when this was manufactured and when they changed the logo and the container, it's impossible to know whether that MSDS is for the old canisters or the new bag. Hoping someone has used the canisters and can vouch for the product inside...

They should be the same, I have no reason to imagine otherwise.
