my question is has anyone on this forum tried out "The Poor Mans Tek Extraction" by spiceman (https://www.dmt-nexus.me/forum/default.aspx?g=posts&t=9372) and does it actually produce good yeilds because i really want to give this a go but i need confirmation that it works.its my first time extracting and ive looked through alot of the guides and this is by far the most simple one in terms of the items you need.

also if somone has done this extract do you mind me personal messaging you for extra help with this guide because there are a few steps which are a bit confusing thanks.

there have been several threads like this one about that tek.
If you take notice of the fact that there are ZERO positive reviews with pictures on following this tek (I could find) because while it may work for spiceman it does not seem to be reliable, efficient or easy.

I am not trying to use my username as rank or anything but if you google (without quotes) "site:www.dmt-nexus.me q21q21 tek" you can see many threads with pictures, questions, problems, answers and what-not.
As you can with "site:www.dmt-nexus.me nomans tek" and many other teks (look in the wiki) ↑ top

give "site:www.dmt-nexus.me poor mans tek" a look.... while it did take a couple months for Q21Q21's tek to be common talk on the forum, poor-man's tek is a lot older than that.

One thing that I have to credit spiceman for is bringing up the absurd notion of vegetable oil as a solvent which has been successfully experiment with by many since.
It seems that oil can be used in combination with d-limonene for lower-cost and more food-safe solvent when used in more traditional teks.
You can follow this thread to see how it is going, I haven't checked on that in a while since I got 0% yield with my attempt using veggie oil alone.

Sorry if this is a little stomping on your hopes but I just try to be scientific about things and objective as much as possible. Just look up some teks that look like most people who try it get good results and that will be a tek worth taking a strong interest in.
