1 kilo caapi
1/3 cup peppercorns
1/3 cup whole coffee beans
3 bags good earth tea
1 lemon

Reduced down to the final product seen below.
Infused a bit with steamed milk and honey - chaiawasca!

I shouldn't have added the lemon. That aside, it tastes pretty good with the milk. I can use the concentrate with warm milk and honey for mild caapi doses throughout the day - my goal. Smile

<3 the idea of chaiahuasca.

I'm a little concerned I might have issues with the coffee in this particular recipe, but I'm moar sensitive to caffeine than most. It's a great idea however, and I'll definitely be trying a modified version of this.

I will go without the coffee as well next time. I initially wanted a caffeine boost - but I was being too ambitious.

Next time!

Guayusa is traditionally used as an ayahuasca caffeine boost. I would try that, or some yerba mate.
