What up. I was walking around earlier today, and I realized that I was surrounded by reed canary grass. i'd been sort of halfway keeping an eye out, since legitimate d is nearly impossible to come by around here. now, as i understand it, this is a cooler season sort of grass, and it's been ~90-100 degrees around here for the past few weeks, and all of the grass is dry and hay colored. I was only wondering if the dry, hay-y state of the plant would pose a problem for the extraction of dmt from it. Thanks!

Logically thinking, if the grass is spent in its natural state then it is highly likely contents would be poor. As the fruit and veg stall owner says "Get it while its fresh" "Some thing interesting"

Alright, so since the leaves are pretty much green and healthy should i just use those? Or woulr it hurt to use the stalks as well? I have about 94 grams of leaves and stalks just to see if this is a good way of getting dmt but i think i should probably go get more.

This thread, Where are we at a grass tek?, may help you decide what to do next. Seems that phalaris is not very reliable source material, and it's potentially unhealthy (gramine, hordenine...). Best to proceed with caution and some good research. Good luck, L ps - Acacia sp. have been getting a lot of play on the forum lately and are promising candidates for investigation. there's not much point in using the stalks, leaves are the main DMT-containers.
Can you give me any idea how much 94 grams is? Like, how many plants or is it a handful or .. ? I don't have a scale and I'd like to know roughly how much grass I'd have to pick to do a successful extraction.

That's a silly question. Just grab a whole bunch dude. I believe some people have found alkaloids are highest in winter... the jury is still out there and experiment is king. Xt wrote:[quote=mictsekk] alkaloids are highest in winter... That is interesting, I wonder what reasons could be, maybe it offers some sort of molecular protection. Though being in winter and the grass has died back, where would you be taking it from, cant picture it. "Some thing interesting"

Thanks for that link, Ljosalfar, I didn't find that in my searches of the forum. I've heard of the acacia bush, I'll check it out I'm on the east coast so I dunno if we get that around here. So tonight I'm going out to grab some more grass, I'll probably aim for about a kilo of only leaves.
