Hey, I know i've made a few threads in the last few days but im sure most of you can understand the curiosity of a first time space traveller and wanting to get it perfect on the first go. I was wondering if this sounds like a plausible way to extract to base dmt in one days time, heres my plan based on info from various teks and tid-bit tips gathered along the way.

long story short, ill be doing 2 50g extractions in 1L hdpe milk jugs, 50 g lye each, with 750ml water, 4 collection jars(2 each, 2 pulls from each jug), 30-40ml naptha per pull. the reason behind this is that im assuming doing it in smaller amounts rather than all at once will freeze/evap faster and leave a smokable product by the end of the night.

heres the rundown, make solution/extract as normal, let sit to evap some naptha, have all this done by about 12-1pm, put in freezer for 8 hours untill about 8 or 9 at night. pour out naptha and leave in freezer upside down for additional half hour to allow excess naptha to drip down. scape it out and let dry on tray for another hour. blast off at about 11 or 12pm.

does this seem reasonable? Im more concerned with the timing and the amount of time to freeze/dry than anything else. although any tips or info will be greatly appreciated.

You could theoretically have your dmt ready by then.. Two potential issues I see though are that your dmt wont be completely dry by then, specially naphtha traces inside crystals. Redissolving in some acetone and re-evaporating can help with that (and though it will take a while more, acetone evaps really fast, so if you dont use much, it should be evapped in some minutes)

The other issue is that you said only 2 pulls. That will definitely not get all of your alkaloids, you'll have a significant amount still in the base soup. I think its ok to get part of it if you want to smoke the same day as extracting, but dont throw away your mimosa soup, continue the next day, and do at least 4 pulls, maybe better a 5th long 2-day pull to get more dmt out.

As for freezing time, in coldest setting, specially if you did small pulls and they are properly saturated, 8 hours should be enough to crash most dmt.. After retrieving alkaloids, reuse naphtha, store it for later use or evap all the way the combined naphtha from all freeze precip pulls, and recrystallize the goo left if there is any for a bit more alkaloids.

Thanks for the advice. And yeah I was going to do 2 more pulls the next day or early in the next morning. Thanks for the tip on combining and recrystallizing all the naptha, sounds like a good plan.
About the drying time though, would an hour to dry be okay? Or if I move it around and chop it up with a razor would that help release excess naptha a little sooner? Or maybe just start the whole process and hour earlier and give it 2 hours drying time? I dont have acetone and am kind of strapped for cash at the moment so I'll have to omit that step this time around, will give it a try in the future though.
