Hello dear everyone. I want to make jungle spice, I've searched the forum and there seems
to be no guide to this. Is it possible to do it with Methanol. Any guides or tips?

Check the FAQ, towards the end. Jungle spice = just use a solvent like xylene/toluene/limonene instead of naphtha in an extraction. Also recommended to salt out the solvent (like BLAB tek salts out limonene), instead of evapping, because evaporating xylene/toluene is nasty as hell, and limonene doesnt evaporate completely.

Methanol mixes with water so you cant use that as a solvent in a normal extraction tek. You could theoretically do a dry tek (check out the cake method) that first pulls with methanol, but you're gonna have some very very crude product, you'll have to purify it further.
