considering yello goo
i see two opposite oppinions at this site:
1. its impurities
2. its psychoactive (someone states that even more than pure crystals)
swim is always using the same tech (as swim believed until yesterday) -- A/B that is.
sometimes swim got alittle goo (i thought it impurities then and sucked and threw it away), or no goo at all. always same naphtha, acid.. hmm acid amount was not the same. when swim'd used more acid, swim'd got less goo, which proves that the goo is not a fats (that are extracted more, when Ph is lower. besides swim wahes the acid solution with naphtha before basifiing) tho, and swim doesnt believe goo has smth to do with acid amounts
so, the interesting thing happened yesterday. swim usually washes spice-saturated naphtha with water few times, and then evaporate naphta at the window in wide dish (wind + little sun) in about 12-24 hours until it residues as little as few milliliters of naphtha, then swim scraps all the naphtha with amount of linden flowers equal to calculated dmt weight (usually swim gets about 3 grams for 300 grams MHBR). he doesnt like to smoke crystals but likes smoke linden using gravity bong (honestly its not gravity bong that is described in the internet. its more like local for our country version, i can explain it if someone interested. it lets one to take big hits of even large amount of concentrated smoke in a split moment, so one doesnt even get much impact on upper respiratory tract, which is sensitive for some)
so, why is swim saying all this?
yesterday the weather was alittle colder then usual (about 17 C in evening. those who dont know what is celsius, swim can explain that 0 is the freezing point of water and 22-25 is usial room temperature, water boils at 100) and swim've got MUCH beautiful crystals with some amount of yellow goo here and there. 'wow beautiful' swim thought, let him recrystalize and foto! swim melted all this at water bath, let it get colder, then put in fridge, then to freezer. it stayed there overnight and what was his astonishment when he'd saw less and not so beautiful crystals AND the amount of goo had INCREASED! swim's absolutely sure of this cuz he'd melted all up again to visually check and be certain.
can anybody comment what happened?
why crystals didnt build up in freezer like they did at the window?
why amount of goo increased?
