So I'm just gonna throw out the entire process and then ask my question. The procedure was stb.

50 g's of powdered mhrb was add to jar A. In a glass container 50-60 g's of NaOh (the NaOH used was "Roebic crystal drain opener 100% lye crystals) was placed and 500-600 ml of water was slowly stirred into the NaOH. Once all the NaOH crystals were dissolved I poured the aqueous solution careful into jar A, put a lid on it and shook vigorously for 1hr being sure to check for pressure buildups. Respectively into jar B was inserted 75-80 g's powdered  mhrb. 75-80 g's NaOH was placed into the bottom of a glass container and slowly added 700-800 ml water, then stirred till all NaOH was dissolved. That aqueous solution was poured over the mhrb and shaken vigorously for an hour being sure to check for pressure buildups. A hot water bath was prepared for each jar respectively and 75 ml vm & p naptha (crown) was allowed to warm for jar A while 125ml was allowed to warm for jar B. Each were poured into their respective jars and a gently roll- head over heels technique was incorporated to each jar to fully assimilate the naptha for 15 min each, then allowed to separate. 10 minutes later 2 layer's formed. A 5 minute vigorous shake was carried out and then the solution was allowed to separate as fully as possible. Jar's A & B were put into a steam bath to rid emulsion and allowed the layers separate. After the bath fail to separate the two mixes I added NaOH non iodine salt the further help the separation and let the mix sit over night. The next morning (at least 12hrs later) the emulsion still hadn't broken so I added 15ml naptha and slowly agitated for 5 minutes, left until separation of new naptha occurred, the slowly agitated again. The two mixtures were then allowed to sit for 4 hours in hopes of some of the older naptha would mix into the newer batch. The naptha that did separate (mostly the new batch) was siphoned off and put into a glass container to freeze precipitate.

Now my question is are there anyways to get the original 200ml of naptha to separate? If not does the new naptha dissolve the spice from the naphtha that didn't separate origanally? Because it seems to me that the majority of the spice would have dissolved into the initial does of spice and my additional naptha just picked us some residual spice.

Dude, never add water to lye, always slowly add lye to water. Adding water to lye can cause it to bubble/boil over, a possible health hazard.

Plese be carefull man.

I only got to that part and then my eyes started hurting from the font size. Could you be so kind as to change the font size to default?

Edit: Add more lye to the mimosa soup mix, that should help release some of the trapped naptha, also never shake the mixture vigorously, always swirl slowly. That was your problem, the vigorous shaking.

I am aware that you should not do that and also am aware of the chemical reaction and the fumes it releases. I have full hand and facial gear on until everything is mixed. I've never had any trouble with crystals, but I will avoid it in the future, thanks for the concern. I've also read through mutiple teks where it says specifically not to shake but to roll but I figured the thick emulsion would help better dissolve the spice, and I actually got the original layer to separate. I am not a complete jackass and I have done plenty of research. My questions were did anyone see anything wrong with technique or measurements (besides the acid) and the question about the initial naptha pull that stayed mixed in for longer. Thanks.
