You OK?

JBArk
JBArk is a Mandelthought; a non-fiction character in a drama of his own design he calls "LIFE" who partakes in consciousness expanding activities and substances; he should in no way be confused with SWIM, who is an eminently data-mineable and prolific character who has somehow convinced himself the target he wears on his forehead is actually a shield.

I hope you are okay and will be able to elaborate soon.

DMT is very strong medicine and yeah, it can completely snuff/extinguish our egos/selves.

I hope you are taking moments to enjoy the sensory input of this day. Relish in the sounds, smells, sounds, feels and tastes of life! Tell someone you love them. Don't be afraid to cry.

Treat yourself well. Eat good, nutritious meals. Try to get regular sleep. Spend time with children, pets and plants. Talk to those you trust. Journal. Breathe deeply.

Peace.
"But even if nothing lasts and everything is lost, there is still the intrinsic value of the moment. The present moment, ultimately, is more than enough, a gift of grace and unfathomable value, which our friend and lover death paints in stark relief."

Superb advice pandora. Absolutely. The above makes me feel so good after a step into psychedelia. Deeply, humanly, good.

Lavos is a fictional character, a dream inside a dream. Don't take what he says to be true or representational of reality in any known form. He is inspired by pure fantasy.

Thanks for the support.
I have forgotten 95% of my experiences. I remember it had a massive impact and that it instantly fixed several wrong thoughts of me towards the world. There is nothing in the world you should ever be afraid of, you only have to keep an eye on yourself.

And some more thoughts which i can't translate into english Razz That's the sad part of this forum, explaining feelings is difficult.
Trying it in another language even more.
