SWIM just tried his first n,n DMT extraction using Q21Q21's Tek 2. Everything went as planned, except for the warming of Natpha, which had to be done with an IRON not an open stove. The first 2 pulls, were definitely not as warm as they could be. The third pull was, though. The next day when SWIM checked his jar, very little crystallization occurred. Why did SWIM get such a low yield? Is it possible that the freezer wasnt cold enough? Or, could something else have gone wrong?

Thank you Smile

How much did you reduce the solvent volume before freezing? The more you reduce the bigger the crop of crystals . . .

You should Boil some water and warm your naphtha off of that but if you have open stove obv do it away from it bc it could be your nap not warm enough.

How much of a reduction are we talking here ? Like 150ml (100g of bark for instance) to 50 ml or less ?

Evap as much as you can not all of it obviously basically you want a small amount no need for exact amounts.
