SWIM has done a few extrations from acacia with no de-fatting problems
but SWIM is trying to do a pull from phillaris (a/b). the more shellite that is added, the more fat comes out. so after 4-5 times of de-fatting SWIM whent to the next step to bassify the solution. but the problem was - there was still FAT in the sovent!!!
my question is, how can SWIM remove the fat from the acidified phalaris solution??

Maybe forget de-fatting and instead crash the fumarates out of the solvent and later convert to freebase and recrystallize if necessary?
