Ikea. They have inexpensive French presses 1000 ml ($10) and 500 ml ($5) they are beakers with handles. Various bake ware that is cheap for drying and other tasks. If you have one in your area take a look.

Salvation Army, value village, deseret industries or any other donation based stores. They have cheap pots, blenders, crockpots that are great because you don't ruin any of your normal kitchen ware.

Does anyone else know of good stores to go too, that you would not expect?
