how many do i eat and how long before smoking to get an enhanced smoking effect?

I would do a manske tek on them to remove the toxins..

Just smoke them 5 mins before. It works well and you don't get nausea.

ah, ok, well I read everything in all those articles because I've been wondering now for a while what these "toxins" are in Syrian Rue. Basically, the article by Dr. Shuglin says that he doesn't know the pharmacological properties of the other alkaloids in rue, nor if they are toxic. So, the jury is out. The other alkaloids may or may not be harmful. So, when in doubt, the usual response is to go on the side of caution.
