A vague acquaintance of mine came up with this story:

"Took first hit. Held breath until all spice was absorbed and no smoke came out when exhaling.
Not enough despite strong upcoming effects... second big hit. Maybe 30 mg total but very efficient technique

I was somehow asked how far I was willing to go. Being tired of earlier half-hearted attempts, I assured 'ít' I wanted to go as far as possible this time. No more chickening now.
Phew, be careful what you wish for... they deliver . What followed is, as usual, impossible to describe.

As if it's not enough to just enter a multidimensional hyper-real universe and have a look around, I was pulled into some kind of maelstrom with a power that's a million times greater that anything I've felt before. This force was so unimaginably enormous and raw, I'm still trembling with awe when thinking of it. The raw reality of it was shocking too... deal with it! My own death seemed a mere trifle compared to this. It's BIG beyond description, beyond the wildest fantasies.
No clear visuals, no elves darting around; only this bright maelstrom which was like a huge flowing pillar. It was actually too much to handle and I was relieved when this tiny slice of the hyperdimensional universe we call 'consensus reality' was taking hold of me again... in other words, I slowly materialized back into my room, jaws shaking and getting cold.

But I also felt deep gratitude for being allowed to catch a glimpse of this primal power.
It will take some time to digest and integrate this but I know I'll be back some day! If I have the courage...

Great report Seems ANYTHING can happen in a breakthrough. Ive felt that force too, has a clear higher intelligence thats perfectly at home where it is and its as if its been waiting for you but it doesnt wait as it exists outside time. To 'it' this is happening now and will do forever and always was.

That "flowering pillar" is so familiar to me!!
I remember an experience were I hovered over a beautiful, flowering object with an awesome kind of force emitting from it!! It was like it was flaunting its power at me but not in an aggressive way. More like it was showing me parts of what it was, or could do, kind of showing off. It was constantly changing and one by one parts would "grow" up towards me, "Loooook at thisssss" and then it would spring back away to show the whole thing, then another part would "flower" up to me "Looook at thissss" and away!!
I was just in total awe, speechless!! When I started coming out of it I was just thanking this presence for showing itself to me and I was pleading with it to let me stay longer but it of course faded. I laid there with my jaw hanging open for a few minutes after, still speechless at what I had just experienced!!

There was not much more than this object & its force for the duration of the trip but that was more than enough, it was the most perfect moment of time I have ever experienced!! The words "flowing pillar" explain it very well!! They struck a chord in my mind as I read them and I instantly remembered the presence and kind of what it looked and felt like!!

BTW, I've got three beautiful new snow globes growing in the freezer, they should be more than done by now. Might try to spend a little time with the great pillar tonight!!

Great report, trypto. I can relate to many things you said.

I often - if not always - get the feeling of being in "a place", somewhere that often takes the form of a cavernous space. Its definitely multi-dimensional and hyperreal. There are shapes forming language in an undefineable textile of pure information. It is colours and textures that get infinitely more interesting as i stare closer and closer. It doesnt make sense and its completely rational in the same moment.
And there are entities - living, morphing shapes made of the same fluid mass and pure energy motion. I often wonder if they can see me. They're always busy doing things, moving stuff, working and yet playing at the same time. I regularly feel like i'm in some kind of nursery. It is a benign place, but there is an intense fear burning within: that of my own ego dissolving. Its like i exist only as pure consciousness, having transcended my body and my ordinary senses, and yet i'm completely aware of being me, in a big chair, in my second floor apartment. I find this duality slightly psychologically uncomfortable: a need for "one or the other". I guess the divine is not supposed to be easy ride and cup of tea.

I have since read about people having these exact same experiences in Rick Strassman's 'DMT: The Spirit Molecule'. It has never ceased to amaze me that DMT provides such consistent visions for its various users, and this amazement goes some way in confusing my understanding where exactly we go when we hit a good dose of DMT. Am i staring into the complex infrastructure of my own neuro cortex, or am i transcending the heavens at a thousand billion miles per hour? If we're all looking at the same stuff, does that surely mean its another dimension?

I'll keep tooting until i crack this one. And you'll be the first lot to know about what i find.

The most difficult thing for me is the undeniable reality of it, or even hyper-reality. How can it be, how is it possible for a human to experience this! If it were just some brain chemistry gone astray, how can you perceive a completely coherent realer-than-real world? This is the best cure for any hardcore materialist. But someone like that might not break through, I think it's not just a matter of dose - the spice is a key but minds do the work.

Another short report, non-breakthrough that might be interesting nevertheless: I had contact with an entity and felt it slipping away - not enough spice again... I quickly asked how on earth to remember this, it's mostly just too outlandish for accurate memories. Next, something sharp shot from 'it' straight into my heart, like a spear! It worked and I was very grateful

Another time, I was really abusing the spice, too many beers and pot and looking for a quick dmt thrill out of boredom... my sorry ass was pummeled so badly by angry entities that I was groveling on my knees, praying something like 'I love the world, I love everything, sorry sorry' It was like standing in front of a 100 feet lion roaring in your face. It's fun, a good healthy ego bashing once in a while!

A rocketing pillar of consciousness..? the rush is amazing, and if you can 'ride' it you get there... sustain a defocalized, jaw-dropped, unitary gape.. you see God ! Otherwise just let it rush through you like warm water.. !

I recently had an experience where I met our 'Great Spirit' that makes everything; and the only detail I can explain about how it happened was that first a huge space had to open up for the spirit to show-up. This time it felt like the dmt dose was high enough in one toke to get the space to 'open' all the way. First a space big enough opens, occasionally with a couple of guardians of this space appearing too, then since the Great Spirit just Loves you, the 'showing off' starts .. !
