swim hassome crystals now andthey havea naphta smell so iwant to get rid of the solvent, i whas told that dissolving the crystals in alcohol or acetone i can do this , i have medical alcohol thats says70% denatured would that work or better get some iso???

If your using clean VM&P the solvent will evaporate cleanly... give it time. Maybe stir the xtals a little so the naphtha trapped below can evaporate but it will (or at least should) evaporate completely and cleanly with no smell left over.
