DMT before the workout can maybe make the workout more fluid but not so intense. Talking from experience with cannabis and workout.
Personally, I weigh about 140lbs, and have deadlifted 405lbs both while stoned and after a blast off. I think it may differ by individual relative to intensity.
The fluidity comes about because, generally, one is relaxed as a result of the afterglow.
