Acrb sludge tea vs filtered Options

i have decided to go for a journey with an old friend and drink some Acrb/syrianrue tea.
I just wonder how much is difference between a sludgy tea & the filtered recipe as explained here in wiki .
i mean if i want to drink a sludgy tea , so 10 grams would be a heavy dose or what ? what percent those sediments could contain dmt ?

jungle tea .. gives your system more work to do...

I would choose filtered tea ..it should be less harsh on your stomach with possibly less nausea...

i would screen out the corse stuff..then filter the rest...

Sludge may make you puke early. I would filter it... Don't think your body can pull much from the sludge, even if there is anything left in there. DMT is pretty soluble in acidic water.

Just filter before reducing.
