Instead of doing multiple pulls, what are your thoughts on instead using an excess of NPS to extract all the DMT in one pull and then reducing the excess solvent to saturate it? Also curious of everyone's thoughts on doing a room temperature pull to reduce the amount of impurities in the extraction.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

If you use a solvent like toluene, theoretically one pull should suffice if you manage to separate all the toluene from the basic soup. In practice though some amount may remain in the mixture and therefore a second pull will be more efficient than the total volume of both pulls combined in a single pull.

If using naphtha and want to freeze precip, you have to reduce till saturation, but I wouldn't feel good about about reducing a large volume of naphtha: It's a fire hazard, unhealthy, bad for the environment and wasteful. Unless you have a distillation setup, I wouldn't do it.

With regard to impurities, I think there will be MORE impurities if using more solvent and reducing that solvent.

Somebody did the sums for this and posted it in its own thread. Searching is the answer.
One sensibly sized pull will get most of the goods. A bit warmer than room temp is better for that.

If you absolutely must, with a large pull the alkaloid can be concentrated by backsalting into vinegar, etc., etc.

Also, what m4estr0 said ^
Thumbs up

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
