I took the solution from manske's, reduced by 75% to do another base to it, and there is 1/2 of salt sludge on bottom.

Do I need to add a bunch of acid to it to get harmala's back into solution then filter through coffee filter to collect excess salt?

Should I filter all salt and base solutions through a coffee filter first, to collect any that is beyond saturation point?

Really confused at this point. The salt should make harmala's solids, so am I screwed?

I have decanted the liquid off (5.7 PH), but worry the haramala's are in the salt sludge.

Well, there's no chance of recovering anything now!

Adding more water would have helped. The salt would dissolve, the harmalas would remain precipitated as it's the 'common ion' effect that's forcing them out of solution.

To be GOVERNED is to be at every operation, at every transaction noted, registered, counted, taxed, stamped, measured, numbered, assessed, licensed, authorized, admonished, prevented, forbidden, reformed, corrected, punished. It is, under pretext of public utility, and in the name of the general interest, to be place under contribution, drilled, fleeced, exploited, monopolized, extorted from, squeezed, hoaxed, robbed; then, at the slightest resistance, the first word of complaint, to be repressed, fined, vilified, harassed, hunted down, abused, clubbed, disarmed, bound, choked, imprisoned, judged, condemned, shot, deported, sacrificed, sold, betrayed; and to crown all, mocked, ridiculed, derided, outraged, dishonored.
