Hello jupitor

I had some progressions and setbacks. But such is life. I was able to quit smoking cigarettes on the drop of a hat, with almost no effort. This lasted about 2 months, until I stupidly let work stress me into smoking again. But I’ve made strides in trying to change my day to day actions/thoughts that were bothering me. Personally, I had found a routine once or twice a week session kept me most motivated. I would put thought into myself each time while I smoalked and it seemed to give me a few days of afterglow motivation. And it could be other factors like work, family, winter time ect, but I ran out of my goods a few weeks ago and my motivation has tapered a little.
