Hi. I never tried kratom and I am thinking on ordering some of this extract. I don't know the dosage for this extract and how to prepare it or even if it is worth it. I have never tried opioits(except krarom leaves that just made me sleepy)

Long story short: is it worth it? Dosage? Preparation?
