Hello, I have been trying to find some writings about how the Amazonian shamanistic traditions have interpreted the Ayahuasca visions but I am not finding a lot of material. Could any of you be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

Hi JAG, This may be a good intro, even if not by an "Amazonian". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benny_Shanon
"Antipodes of the Mind", can be had online, and has been posted free on the Nexus. Peace

+1 for Antipodes of the Mind, it's probably the best resource as far as thoroughly exploring the visionary aspects. Steve Beyer's Singing to the Plants is a worth looking into for the mysticism aspect as well.
