I am allergic and dumb. I too often eated grounded seed and provoked a protracted food allergy.
I want to eat leftovers with tea after recovering, then take a break for the year and go in for sports, lose weight and restore metabolism.
How much time to cook? How much water? How much seed to take? I used to take 5.5 g per 0.5 liter.
How much seeds is needed instead 3.33 g grounded?
