You need to tell us which solvent because its different for each and everyone of them.

acetone:naptha
1:6 ratio need to boil off the acetone to drop the alkaloids into the naptha

Edit: I am unsure, so I removed my comment.

It is dangerous without proper ventilation, and you have to be sure there are no ignition sources nearby (including brushed motors and other things you might not ordinarily consider).
