I´m planning to try Pharmahuasca again with my best friends.
I already tried in the past but it didn´t work
(I used 150-200mg Harmala HCL ...and after 30-45min I ingested ~80mg DMT)
I only got heavy nausea ... no visuals at all)
From all what I read here , I guess the mistake was the long waiting time (When you drink Aya you ingest both substances at the same time so I think 30 mins are way to much and the "open door" to my brain was already closed after the DMT was absorbed by the stromach)
Do you have any tips for a fail proof tek (hopefully without nausea)
Because I like to use Harmala HCL sublingual before smoking (It works very very well) I am wondering if it also works for oral use? (Sublingual MAOi and then oral DMT). Or do the MAO need to be inhibit in the stromach to make DMT work orally? This would be a big question for me. I hope someone can explain wether it works or not. I already read here that some people use sublingual MAOi before ingesting the real dose of MAOi along with the DMT... But I find less info about this....
My plan for the next time would be:
1. Fasting 6 hours before the trip
2. Drink some strong and fresh ginger tea before the trip
3. Ingesting 30mg Harmala HCL sublingual (about 10 minutes , then spitting out)
4. Ingesting 40mg DMT Fumarat + 100mg Harmala HCL orally (Dilluted in Coka Cola, I heard the acid is really good against nausea)
5. Wait 10 - 15 min
6. Ingesting 40mg DMT Fumarat orally (dilluted in Coka Cola)
7. Wait for the trip and chewing some ginger chewing gum
This would be a total of 80mg DMT Fumarat .... Would this be okay? It should be a good dose but not to heavy because it´s our first time. Of course we are really familar with smoking DMT and LSD.
If the dose is not enough, what´s the best way to top up with some extra DMT? Maybe I can use some Hamarla sublingual and eat another 40mg of DMT Fumarat? Is it even possible to top up?

Ahh and before I forget... When smoking DMT breakthrough doses... Are there any benefits of using more DMT as you really need for the breakthrough? Or is it waste to use more than you need? What do you think about this?
