Hi everyone I'm new to the forum, I've got some experience with Psilocybin but I'm interested in experiencing Ayahuasca.

Does anyone have any links to a good Ayahuasca preparation tek for a beginner? I've already looked in the PREPARATIONS AND METHODS OF ADMINISTRATION section for Ayahuasca and it's just endless posts from users without any comprehensive teks, would appreciate being pointed in the right direction here.

Thank you!Smile

Its very easy. Grab 220grams of Caapi and put it in a pot with water and boil that tea to reduce it, filter it with cheeseclothe into another pot, then put water on the pot with the bark and keep reducing it and putting in water until there are no goodies left in the caapi (water will be clear and not turn red as it should if there were goodies.) This whole process will take at least 9hs.

Thats your caapi (like 4 full doses more or less, depending.) store it in bottles in your closet.

Now for the DMT, get chali or viridis and make a tea of the recomended dosage for each of those plants respectivley. Filter. Drink on the same night you made it, this tea is well cooked on low heat in 20-40min, should be reduced to a shot glass or to as little as it can be reduced.

Drink your Caapi until you feel the effects after 20-40min or so, then drink the shot of the viridis tea.

If it were any easier it would be illegal! Oh wait...Surprised

No experience with traditional ayahuasca brews (i.e. B.caapi and P.viridis) but I do have countless experience with the more generic ayahuasca analog containing P.harmala and M.tenuiflora. Anyway! my recipe goes a little something like this:

1) Boil ~2.5g of harmala seeds (whole) for 15 minutes with half a tea spoon of citric acid and a full spoon of sugar. Filter seeds from water via sieve in a nice glass cup (resultant tea usually fills 1/4 of the cup)

2) Boil ~4g of sacred bark (powderized) for ~1 hour, again with half a tsp of citric acid and a full one of sugar, filter off the bark in the same way you did with the seeds but this time let the glass sit for a few hours and you should see some sediment remaining at the bottom of the glass. Decant the tea from this sediment via a pipette into another cup, again as with the rue I like to make a drink that's about 1/4 of the vol of an avg sized cup, nothing to specific.

3) Now that you have your teas prepared I usually drink the harmala tea 20-30min prior towards the DMT containing aqueous extract. In which time I exercise to improve mood before facing the power and might of DMT.

Good luck and like with anything in life the more you practice the better you'll get at it, brewing ayahuasca being no special exclusion to this! I just wanna finish off by saying that this recipe gives me virtually no nausea and has never caused me to purge, maybe a little rumble here and there on the come up but in no way does it bother me. It's a pretty clean-smooth experience in terms of physical discomfort to say the least.
