Hi all,
As newb I have a question about Kash's A/B mescaline tek. It is suggested to do at least 4 pulls with 200ml of the solvent from the basified cactus juice. Are 4 new lots of toluene used for each pull? Or does one simply refuse the original 200ml of toluene for each pull? I.E. does one end up with a total of 200ml of toluene with the alkaloids? Or do you end up with 800ml of toluene assuming you do 4 pulls? thanks for your time.

Of course you can use the same 200ml of solvant if you salt it before to use it again.

Thanks for your reply but just to confirm. For the acid salting final stage I’d just be salting with 100ml of acidic H20 per 200ml of solvent? I guess the question is to clear up the ratio of solvent to acidic water for each acid salting pull. Thanks
