Help me identify these yellow bits in my extraction result Options

Hello guys.

New user here, long time lurker.
I did an ACRB extraction a few years back and got nothing but pure white crystals.
This time I did a MHRB extraction using Cyb's max ion tek with heptane as solvent.
After freeze precipation I got a nice bed of mostly white crystals but a few spot had some very yellow stuff in there that looked a bit different from the crystals. Its not goo, its pretty hard, it sticks to the dish alot more then the crystals. It looks more organic then the crystals. I scraped it all, put it back in heptane, did a sodium carbonate wash and recrystalized but the yellow bits keep coming back.
Now my question is, what are these? Is it N-oxide, NMT or some other alkaloids?
Is it worth it to seperate these yellow bits or can i just scrape it, mix it with the other crystals and smoke it? Any help in identifying this would be greatly appreciated.
I'll try attaching a picture but im not sure if I can as a first post.

A few years ago, I remember coming across similar yellowing spots in ACRB extractions. I never did fully understand why it yellowed?

I am curious in what the effects (if any) would be if you were to simply isolate the yellow portions.

All is the one....One is the all.

Math. Simple math looks infinite to me.

DMT is polymorphic and sometimes, for whatever reason, just decides to be yellow.

While tinkering with the stuff - not even ingesting it in any way - I slowly came to the conclusion that it has a mind of its own, although really there are so many uncontrolled variables in the typical home extraction it's surprising that we've had the observed consistency of behaviour at all. Things like variations in temperature, humidity, air pressure, solvent composition, freezer temperature, carbon dioxide concentration in the air, solar flares, cosmic rays, the local geomagnetic field... maybe even your state of mind and the resulting bioelectrical field you produce could have some influence on the results of crystallisation.

The question of the colour of one's DMT has been covered in a stickied post, near the top of the DMT discussion section.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."

My idea is this:

Due to AAAANNNYY circumstance it may still be possible that a very little amount of water got over into your Naphtha (or whatever). Although you may not see it from the beginning it may start to drop to the bottom, collecting every water drop and forming a very tiny yellow puddle.

Normally that puddle would collect right in the middle of the vessel - but as you have a really big and plain vessel, there is no spot in the middle to collect. So it may randomly form puddles across the big plain area. When the Naphtha (or whatever) is removed or evaporated, the water will also slowly evaporate or also decant.

But as the water still contains some stuff from the acidic soup (this stuff makes your soup BLACK when being really concentrated, in low concentrations it is just brown to slightly yellow) it will also build this impurities into your crystallizating DMT.

So from my understanding this may actually indeed be some impurity-stuff from the aqueous soup.

But in this case: Still dont worry! Even strongly yellow DMT is very likely to be 90 % + pure, IF it is also crystaline Thumbs up Thumbs up
