I want to start a thread on methods and processes that can be put into practice to get the absolute most out of extraction solutions as I think after the initial complete extraction there are methods e.g back salting and re Basifying and think it would be useful for there to be any methods and processes known by anyone to be contributed and posted here as I am not clear my self on what back salting is and how rebasifying can be done and if back salting is necessary First to ensure the re basification works or can at least someone clarify what back salting is I am confused does it mean re salting with salt or salting out with acidic soloution in that case should be called re acidification and re basification can be done with salt also I think and ideas please post them here if its not too much to ask any contributions would be appreciated thanks
