I get a lot of relief from irrational anger/relief/frustration just by doing stretching routines, practicing deep breathing, and smoking some weed once or twice a week. I would say definitely stay away from psychedelics for the time being if you're going through bouts of anger. You definitely don't want to hurt yourself, other people, or break your stuff
I also agree with DeeMeeTreeUs about all of those things. I was using the app called Headspace for a while and it did wonders.
