I haven't hit hyperpace in a while but caught myself screaming at furniture and growling like a dog. I was threatening to kill. I may have gone into hyperspace and fought for my life in there or killed something/someone. I've always been an angry dude. DMT seems to have ripped all fear out of me months ago. I have none now. No fear. No depression. I'm not afraid of anything, including a fight to the death.

I've been thinking a lot lately in more black & white terms like friends & enemies. Long story but I had a hard upbringing. Lots of hatred, fear, and pain. Everyone thought I'd be in for murder at some point as a teenager and I somehow grew up into an adult and went to work.

Might be time to give up the DMT.

Ya dude,

I think you need to get your head right. I've gotten a lot of use out of mediation apps. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and just talking to people. Those things can help a alot.

Mediation is a seriously great tool. Waking Up app, and the Calm App are the ones i use.

I get a lot of relief from irrational anger/relief/frustration just by doing stretching routines, practicing deep breathing, and smoking some weed once or twice a week. I would say definitely stay away from psychedelics for the time being if you're going through bouts of anger. You definitely don't want to hurt yourself, other people, or break your stuff Big grin

I also agree with DeeMeeTreeUs about all of those things. I was using the app called Headspace for a while and it did wonders.
