I reported before a near break through with dmt. Like I said, the experience of melting and ego death was scary. Some people have told me it could be maddening. To be honest, with the near breakthrough and another very mild dmt experience that I had I think I have gotten a lot of knowledge. Sure I could get more from the breakthrough, but I don't want anything traumatic, madening, etc.

So I've read a lot that change is more manageable, would you agree?

Also could you point me out to a nice simple guide to make changa, I see many on the site, but I need your favorite, simplest one. Thanks

More manageable? Yes and no.

It's easier to measure and smoke, that's it. You need good technique with a Machine, or a vaporizer for smoking crystals. With changa you just fill a bong and rip it. You need a milligram scale (and know how to use it - highly nontrivial) to measure crystals, with changa it's much easier to eyeball it.

Are the experiences more manageable / predictable? No.

For me YES! Changa feels less invasive, sligthly less up in one's grill. How does this ocurr? I wish I could pin it exactly but it seems impossible. One thing is that the harmalas seem to sloow down the experience, make it sweeter and more mellow, while that pure DMT gives me a million frames per seconds...3000 years wrapped into 20 mind bending, boundry disolving seconds.
On changa I have healing experiences, less visionary, but more feels...a sweet scent that is alien and that sooths. I am in Messina, Italy, and I see green leafs unfold their beauty. Engaging me are young and atractive women being gentle and loving and warm. There is shelter in the vastness. A cosmic protection that is very female, but also very, very alien.
But pure DMT, for example, makes me see flashes of light, time dissolves, and black and white (woman and male) jesters play with me. I see aliens and dark wizards.
So one is more gentle than the other for me as well as many others.

Grab a shot glass and put just a little Everclear, just enough to contain all the ingredients.
300mg DMT
Swirl and then place
300mg herb
Swirl and then place
60mg harmine/harmaline
Mix

Place in front of fan until completley dry (2-4 hours) then pass onto a small glass bowl (larger surface area) and dry for 6 more hours or until completley dry. Ensure no traces of alcohol are left through efficient drying, because tripping with the taste of Everclear is safe, but not pleasent.
