MOD EDIT: This thread is a double post of the other thread that was also started, so I added all the posts together under your other thread. Locked also. Thank you
I participated in two Ayahuasca ceremonies the first week of October, at a reputable retreat. I received so much healing from a very traumatic ten years of anxiety and depression. After, I purchased a kuripe and my own rapé and began to practice rapé at home, not more than once or twice a week. During my rapé sessions, I made my intentions to continue to open my third eye and allow me to be the best me that I could be and help others around me.
On Wednesday 11/7, I had my first episode. I was at the mall and all of a sudden my head got very tight feeling from the middle (inside) and spread outwards down the rest of my head. My cheeks got numb and tingly, and it traveled down my body, making my arms and legs feel extremely heavy. I then felt dizzy and lightheaded like I was going to pass out. This lasted for a max of ten minutes, and then afterwards, it was like I’d been drunk - what had happened and where I’d been was so foggy. I had another episode on Friday 11/9. On Saturday 11/10, I had an episode that afternoon, then I had a terrible one that night where I was so sure I was a goner. On Sunday 11/11, I had several spells, but I rested all day, thinking it was viral. Side Note: I hate going to the doctor and taking medication, so I usually try to wait until the last minute before seeking medical advice - which can be a bad trait, I know. On Monday 11/12, I had a spell so bad that morning right before leaving for work that my husband rushed me to the ER because we were sure something was going on and I needed medical attention. They ran all kinds of tests - bloodwork, CT scans, a brain MRI, etc., and couldn’t find anything. The doctor decided to admit me for further testing and monitoring because he witnessed several spells while I was there. I was in the hospital all that day and two days afterwards, with more testing including cardiology, neurology (they were sure it was seizures but then ruled that out), and even Vertigo testing. The doctors were still scratching their heads. I was discharged Wednesday 11/14 with a Meclizine Rx to “help” with my lightheadedness and several follow-up appointments if they don’t resolve on their own. Since then, I’ve still had several spells per day, with some being worse than others.
I reached out to the doctor from my Ayahuasca retreat and told him the details, and he said it sounds like I’m having a Vibrational Shift. I researched this, and it makes complete sense because I have all of the symptoms.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Or know someone who has? Does this sound right? If so, how long do they last, and what can I do?
I should add that I meditate every day and ask God to only open my third eye now in moderation and to let my veil back down and only raise it in moderation. I beg Him for help and tell Him that I’m scared because I don’t know how to control this. I feel so vulnerable, because my episodes happen out of nowhere, with no apparent triggers.
Please help me if you can. I welcome all and any advice and input.
