Probably because you're not a full member yet since i can download it just fine.

That would be curious. There are so many teks that can be seen or downloaded. Why would this one be restricted? But thanks for answering. I will try other computer and other browsers.

All logged in members should be able to download all post attachments regardless of their member status.
