Perhaps this will be an interesting link?
And this is the original thread he was referring to.
“How long will this last, this delicious feeling of being alive, of having penetrated the veil which hides beauty and the wonders of celestial vistas? It doesn't matter, as there can be nothing but gratitude for even a glimpse of what exists for those who can become open to it.”

From the WIKI :

Smoalk
Spice slang for the word smoke, as it applies to smoking spice. The term can be said to originate from the fact that DMT is an alkaloid. Thus, smoke and alkaloid make smoalk.

Big grin

I've seen some of the new members say there is a typo in their questionnaire answers whenever this word comes up. It really throws people for a loop sometimes!

It used to be smoak to parallel moar...smoak moar. I introduced the "l" one day in chat when I was feeling particularly goofy because I liked the emphasis/sound it made and thought it felt nice on the back of the throat...smoalllllk. I guess other folks were feeling kinda goofy as well cuz the l stuck.

Those were the old days in the chat...probly 2010/2011 or so?

Yay for Nexus history Smile

How does one pronounce the word "smoalk"?

Can someone write it out phonetically, or give a word that it rhymes with?

Well, as Snozzleberry pointed out, it used to be "Smoak" which seems like it would be pronounced "smoke." So when you introduce an "L" I would imagine it would sound like, "smoalk" which is pronounced like the word "folk."

I could be wrong though!
