Man I'm having a shitty day. My car got broken into, and I just found out Alexander "Sasha" Shulgin has passed. Shulgin was a legend. He did so much for the research community. He was a true pioneer. We owe many of our findings today to Shulgin. Much of the progress in the fields of chemistry and psychedelic research can be attributed to his work. He will be greatly missed and forever remembered. I'm sure he's in a better place. RIP Sasha Shulgin. You were a great man, and you will not be forgotten. POADS is gone!

His work and philosophy has changed my life, We lost a great man today. My heart aches for his loved ones, especially Ann, His life partner. It pains me that a man with so many patents and such groundbreaking research died like this while suffering from dementia and unable to meet healthcare costs. My condolences and support for all his loved ones!
