A lot of people seem focused on elves (/extradimensional entities, things like that). I wonder, has anybody here ever had a breakthrough that did not involve elves? ...Sitting in the sandpit, life is a short trip...

Absolutely I can say it is true for both my husband (Nemo Amicus) and myself. Although I would not recommend this per se, for us it seems to be a feature of vaping rather large doses rather quickly - like in one or two giant rips. We seem to get "blown into a realm beyond the entities." It is PROFOUNDLY mystical/spiritual/all one in our experiences. Our absolute BEST and horrifically WORST DMT experiences, for both of us, were when we were blown completely beyond the entities.
