Hello fellow nexians, So, I have emailed Snu and he is interested in releasing a pdf version of his book but, doesn't seem sure. So I think anyone who would be interested in purchasing one should post here, and if we get enough people to show interest I will email him a link to this thread. I'd prefer a Kindle version. EPUB second, and PDF a distant third. Even though Amazon takes 30% off the top, authors make much more because of greater exposure.

I emailed Snu previously about this, his reply was: "It's likely to be years before another print edition emerges" I would definitely get the PDF version in that case. It was a limited run of 500 copies. Wonderful book... I'm surprised it didn't sell quicker. I don't think you'll find a finer reference on psychoactive plants. Love my hard copy, but for the right price I would like a pdf too. The trouble with pdfs is you can't leaf through them. The trouble with books is their lack of a ctrl-f function. Maybe Snu could test the winds with a crowdfunding campaign for a second print run? That way he could both establish whether there's a market for it and cover the upfront costs at the same time.

I asked Snu all these questions a year or two ago when I got my copy of GoE, and he was very reluctant even then to pursue an electronic format. He is afterall at heart a plant guy not a publishing guy and I think getting the first edition to print must have been a huge pain. But I'll throw in my two cent's worth: Snu if you are reading this I'll buy an e-version as an adjunct to my hard copy. Heck I might buy a couple as gifts for friends! I already asked Alice.
