Anticipating the Surge Options

The volunteer wishes to know whether the anticipation (sweaty palms, beating heart) before the surge begins ever goes away or if one simply adjusts to it. The volunteer says meditation helps somewhat, but it's like base jumping or lining up at the drag strip.
Psychedelics are to the study of the mind what the telescope is to astronomy.

The pre flight anxiety still remains for me, and I don't see it ever going away. How do you get used to having your reality dissolve?

The anticipation never goes away for me. Never will. Nope. A healthy respect that shows. The only 'adjustment' ive found is just accepting whatevers about to unfold. An acceptance of the complete uncertainty.

One of the ways to diminish a little bit the anxiety is to first take a small hit to 'remember' the first effects. Then after a while taking the real plunge.

In any case as mentioned before I think it's healthy to have a certain level of 'anxiety', or rather, respect. It never dissapeared for me.
