As a Kayo Dot listener, I have to disagree with you on suggesting it as music for DMT. All the guttural screaming, dissonant sounds, vented frustration, and dark themes in the music is sure to give someone a really bad experience if they tune into it. Maybe a few of their songs might be ok, but on the whole, Kayo Dot is the last thing I want to listen to while blasting off.

^Thankyou for bringing that up. I should have specified; I have actually never tried listening to Kayo Dot during a DMT sesh for that exact reason, although with mushroom trips they can be entirely enjoyable, which is why I included them (although I also felt the song I posted would be an exception to that)

i only ingested a small dose when i first tried to listen to music while going into the depths. this song was absolutely beautiful. both thought provoking, and fit the mood i had wished to set precisely. the timing had been absolutely perfect as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=73OD3SvhwdI

One of my favorite musical companions for hyperspatial travel. Carbon Based Lifeforms in general as well. If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough. - Meister Eckhart

I had my most blissful oral dmt experience a couple days ago listening to Voodoo Child played by Stevie Ray Vaughan. It was so great I came out to loop it, must have played for 2-3 hours.

I listened to music while smoking DMT only once. At that moment, I was listening to some electronic chillout, a nice music with kind, slow and steady beats. After I smoaked, I realised that the chryzantemum / morphing patterns got completely synchronized with the music. But suddenly everything started to slow down rapidly - both music and patterns to a moment, when everything almost completely stopped. It was very interesting to experience this form of synchronization, but it scared me a little as well: I just didn´t know what would happen it the music stoped completely. Something like "Will I ever find my way ´back´ after the whole world freezes itself on the spot?"

the entire album Geneva is amazing and would seem suitable for the experience. also try this, i'm not too fond of music with lyrics while on any psychedelic, but this is a personal favorite. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKRGwO6JAHQ

I listened to this recently on a low dose of blue lotus enhanced leaf and enjoyed it. Coil do both disturbing and beautiful very well IMO . And the first time i heard the below song it woke me out of a heavily opiated slumber, i found it very uplifting, so i gave that a go on the blue lotus leaf, and wasn"t dissapointed! pete namlook/fax stuff is good in the dark, whether you happen to be in an altered state or not
