I'm no expert myself but I think 28 grams may not be enough?
Any other opinions?

28g is way plenty for a formosauasca trip, but for xtracting? mmmmm Thumbs down. In clyde's xperience this stuff is pretty difficult to xtract, Clyde would at least try 100g acrb. You can also try the zinc dust method, that improved clyde's yeilds significantly.

1. I plan on boiling the acrb, it is not in powder form so boiling is my only option here, no funds to buy a coffee grinder. Should i add a acid to the water, or is it fine to boil by itself?

no reason to not add some acid, especially if you are doing a 1:1 lime:acacia ratio

If my research iv'e done is correct, nmt should fall out at room temperature after several hours, then i should pour the rest of the naptha in another dish to freeze-precipitate to get mostly dmt crystals?

if your "research" is based off thick-light's theory that he posted in those two threads, i am fairly sure the conclusion reached is that it was improbable at best, and i do believe thick-light himself retracted that.

nmt actually takes quite a while to crystalise.. i doubt it would fall out so quickly. dmt on the other hand for me has fallen out at room temp.. or slightly below

in fact, maybe the opposite is true (though i highly doubt it)

i see no reason this tek shouldn't work, but my experience is limited to food-safe extracts, so i do not claim to be an "expert".

Wut? what method is this?
i only know of the one mentioned in the wiki, but that deals with already extracted DMT N-Oxide

Well while doing an A/B, during the acid phase, using vinegar(idk about any other acid, clyde only read about using vinegar) supposedly adding zinc dust and shaking for two hoursShocked will convert any of the dmt-n-oxide into its parent form. Clyde only got minimal red goo without the zinc, and nice crystaline white dmt with it. Clyde also used only naptha, so you could do a full spect. xtract wit sum xylene.

ok so basically the same process, just instead of dissolving the oxide in the vinegar, you are adding it to the extraction material.

hadn't read that before, but it makes sense. thanks for that Thumbs up

No prob, clyde advises to do this if one's bark is old or of unknown age
